He holds a PhD in International Relations and coordinates the Communication, Internet, and Politics Research Group (COMP). He is an associate researcher at the National Institute of Science and Technology in Digital Democracy (INCT.DD) and president of the Brazilian Association of Researchers in Communication and Politics (COMPOLITICA).
