Frederico Ramos Oliveira

Technologist at the Brazilian Institute of Information in Science and Technology (Ibict).

He holds a PhD in Contemporary Communication and Culture from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA), with research on disinformation, digital platforms, and journalistic production. He holds a master’s degree in Communication and a bachelor’s degree in Social Communication - Journalism from the Federal University of Goias (UFG). He is a technologist at the Brazilian Institute of Information in Science and Technology (Ibict), a research unit of the Ministry of Science, Technology, and Innovation (MCTI), where he develops projects in Communication, Information Science, and public policy. He is a researcher at the National Institute of Science and Technology in Digital Democracy (INCT.DD).
