Malena Rehbein Rodrigues

Legislative analyst - Chamber of Deputies (CEFOR).

She holds a PhD in Political Science and Sociology from Iuperj, now Iesp-Uerj, completed in January 2011. She holds a master’s degree in International Relations and Contemporary Political Theory from the Centre for the Study of Democracy at the University of Westminster, London (2003), a master’s degree in Communication from the University of Brasilia (1997), and a degree in Social Communication - Journalism from the University of Brasilia (1994). She is a legislative analyst at the Chamber of Deputies, where she works as a journalist, technical adviser, and professor in the Master’s Program in Legislative Power (Cefor). She has experience in Political Science and Journalism, working mainly on democracy, media/politics, political journalism, participation and political representation, digital democracy, and corruption.
