Maria Dominguez Costa Pinho is an INCT.DD researcher with a master’s degree in Communication. She studies public transparency, political communication and public budgets. Her research on the allocation of parliamentary budget amendments from 2003 to 2023 received second place in the third Public Budget, Rights and Inequality Reduction Award from Fundação Tide Setubal.
