Nina Santos

PhD in Contemporary Communication and Culture from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA).

She holds a PhD in Communication from Universite Pantheon-Assas (France) and is a journalist trained at the Federal University of Bahia, with a master’s degree from the Graduate Program in Contemporary Communication and Culture at the same university. She has ten years of experience in digital communication, including three and a half years as social media editor at Instituto Lula. She has participated in digital communication projects in six countries, including three political campaigns. Her current research focuses on the dynamics of political information circulation and on studies of mediation and information mediators.
