Renato Duarte Caetano holds a master’s degree in Political Science and a degree in Social Sciences from the Federal University of Minas Gerais (UFMG). He is a member of Margem, the Democracy and Justice research group. His research covers populism and visual analysis. He held Fulbright visiting research positions at the University of California, Irvine, and the University of Michigan in 2023–2024.
