Group · UERJ

Matilda connects computational methods, artificial intelligence, and open data to support research on transparency, public information processing, and democratic uses of computational technologies.

Matilda, the Laboratory of Computational Methods and AI for Transparency and Open Data, participates in the INCT.DD network through an agenda grounded in Computer Science and computational methods. The group is oriented toward the use of artificial intelligence, open data, and computational techniques to support research, transparency, and analysis of public information.

Within the network, Matilda helps connect digital democracy with data infrastructure, automation, and practices of information openness. Its work offers conceptual and methodological support for investigations on transparency, data processing, and public uses of computational technologies.
