Claudia Cappelli is a professor in the Department of Informatics and Computer Science at Rio de Janeiro State University (UERJ). She holds a PhD in computer science. Her research covers information transparency, plain language and digital democracy. She is a member of INCT.DD and the Matilda laboratory for computational methods, artificial intelligence, transparency and open data.
