Amanda Nogueira de Oliveira

Postdoctoral researcher at INCT.DD and PhD in Contemporary Communication and Culture from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA).

She holds a PhD from the Graduate Program in Contemporary Communication and Culture at the Federal University of Bahia (PosCom/UFBA) and is a member of the Digital Media, Networks, and Space Research Laboratory (Lab404/UFBA). She completed a sandwich period in the Doctoral Program in Women’s Studies, Discourses, and Gender Practices at the University of Granada, with a scholarship from the Brazilian Federal Agency for Support and Evaluation of Graduate Education (Capes). She is currently a substitute professor in the Bachelor’s Program in Social Communication - Journalism at the Federal University of Reconcavo da Bahia (UFRB). From a neomaterialist approach, her interests include communication and digital culture, platform studies, gender, and youth.
