She is institutional coordinator of the Public Communication Observatory (OBCOMP), a project funded by CNPq and supported by UFRGS. She is a member of the Public and Political Communication Research Center (NUCOP), the international research network National Institute of Science and Technology in Digital Democracy (INCT.DD), the Research Group on Digital Preservation Studies and Practices, and the Driade International Research Network, linked to the Cariniana National Digital Preservation Network (Ibict/MCTI). She is currently director of the Mirante Institute of Culture and Art. She has experience and research in public and government communication, political communication, electoral communication, digital democracy, memory, and digital preservation.
