Carla Rodrigues

Carla Rodrigues holds a PhD and a master’s degree in Contemporary Communication and Culture from the Federal University of Bahia (UFBA). She leads the Digital Platforms and Markets team at Data Privacy Brasil and conducts postdoctoral research at INCT.DD. Her training includes public relations and social work. She is a member of CID/UFBA and studies communication, politics, and digital technologies.
