Carlos Augusto de França Rocha Júnior

PhD in Communication from the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS) and master’s degree in Communication from the Federal University of Piaui (UFPI).

He is a substitute professor in the Journalism program at the Federal University of Mato Grosso (UFMT) and an administrative staff journalist in UFMT’s Secretariat of Communication and Multimedia. He is part of the Public and Political Communication Center (NUCOP) and the Public Communication Observatory (OBCOMP), working in public communication, political communication, and digital democracy.
