Fiorenza Zandonade Carnielli teaches in the Department of Communication at the Federal University of Rio Grande do Sul (UFRGS). She holds a PhD in Communication and Information from the same university. She is a member of NUCOP and the coordination team of the Public Communication Observatory (OBCOMP). Her research covers public communication, institutional communication, and disputes over the public interest.
