Marcela Machado holds a bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree, and a PhD in Political Science from the University of Brasília (UnB). She completed part of her doctoral research at the University of California, San Diego, and postdoctoral research at UFMG. Her work includes teaching, research, and social policy evaluation at the Federal District Institute for Research and Statistics (IPEDF).
