Murilo Borsio Bataglia holds a PhD and a master’s degree in Law from the University of Brasília (UnB). He teaches in its professional master’s programme in Law, Regulation and Public Policy. His research covers access to information, public transparency and public policy. His doctoral thesis examined the federal executive’s open data policy and its relationship with public institutions and civil society organisations.
